Used when: in the source argument presents a situation the speaker communicates a positive or negative evaluation of the situation or utterance in the target argument.

i.e. This is evaluating That

Examples

The speaker communicates that they regard that the student has finished the project positively. The speaker clarifies the situation (finishing the project) which is evaluated by their previous utterance.
